For the price not a bad hotel and close to beach, good breakfast selection which was included in the price on booking, my only gripe about the hotel is the lack of parking some is provided but it is insufficient for the size of the hotel, there is a huge underground car park which was not in use, I don’t mind street park if security are present during the night (they were however all in the office watching tv ) Nice hotel but if you have a nice car be prepared for this eventuality if you are going out in the car to eat in the evening

The lobby is beautiful, my room was very large, room safe, laundry service, fridge and some amenities are provided. The phone in my room did not work, I did have a balcony but there was no seating provided. The air-con was adequate but very noisy. All the furniture was worn. There was rollaway beds stored outside of my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall my opinion is the hotel was very beautiful in its day, now it's in desperate need of a refurbish. If you can get the hotel for $50 or less a night it's worth it. Anything more you're over paying.

Good hotel for the price. Great location just a few steps from the beach in the centre of Cha Am. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms feel a little old but again, ok for the price. Balcony but no chair or table on it which was disappointing as we wanted to have a drink there and enjoy the fantastic view. Breakfast was good.
